Behind Invited

Hi, I’m Tracy. As a Huntsville native, I’ve spent much of my life blending beauty with structure. I’ve always been the one who notices the small things, the things that make people feel cared for, and I bring that same energy into every wedding I plan.

As the Owner and Executive Planner & Designer of Invited Weddings, and Editor in Chief of Invited Weddings Magazine, I get to combine two of my favorite worlds: creativity and intentional planning. My approach is simple: I want your wedding planning experience to feel calm, clear, and genuinely enjoyable. No overwhelm. No guessing. Just thoughtful guidance and a partner who is fully invested in your day.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of planning and designing countless weddings, working closely with venues and professionals who I trust and admire. I’m known for being detail oriented and steady, with a straight shooter style that keeps the planning process clear, honest, and grounded. My goal is always the same: to create an experience that feels beautifully personal, well managed, and true to you.

When I’m not creating weddings, I’m usually with my three kids and three amazing grandbabies. They are my joy, my laughter, and my daily reminder of what really matters.

If we work together, I hope you’ll feel seen, supported, and genuinely excited, not just about your wedding day but about the entire journey leading up to it.

Planners Notes

my favorite part of the wedding day is

When the couple sneaks away for a private dinner to enjoy some genuine alone time, and it hits them that they are finally married.

what inspires me the most

The trust my couples place in me to help shape one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

the best compliment a client could give me

You made the process feel effortless, and the result was beyond everything we ever dreamed.

if i could only give one piece of advice

When quality is prioritized over quantity, the result is a wedding day  that looks more thoughful and feels more meaningful for everyone

my must have wedding day items

An orange Gatorade, a ponytail holder, tennis shoes and all of my wedding day docs

the best kind of wedding reception

Hands down...a Cocktail Reception. Much more engaging and enjoyable for guests, rather than standing in a buffet line or sitting at a table.
