Hi, I'm Tracy.

I grew up in Huntsville, and for as long as I can remember I’ve been someone who notices details. The small things that make a space feel welcoming. The subtle choices that change the way people experience a moment. That instinct followed me into wedding planning in a way that felt very natural.
Over the years I’ve learned that planning a wedding requires two very different strengths. One side is analytical. Timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and all the moving parts that have to work together behind the scenes. I enjoy that part more than most people probably expect. There is something satisfying about bringing structure to a complex process.
But the other side matters just as much.
Weddings are very emotional experiences. The way a space is designed, the atmosphere guests walk into, the details couples choose to include. All of that shapes how the day feels and can define it in very important ways.
I've found that couples want (and need) someone who can move comfortably between those two worlds. Someone who can sit down with a spreadsheet when needed, but also step back and think about the bigger picture of how the celebration will look and feel.
I also deeply love collaborating with and supporting the local wedding industry. We are a close community of creatives, always reveling in opportunities to work together and cheer each other on. You may have even seen some of my work before, during my years contributing to the successful growth of another local planning company before I turned my full attention to Invited Weddings.
At the heart of it all, I simply enjoy the process of helping couples shape something meaningful and watching it come together piece by piece.
